Kitchen Of Insanity

Hi all. Just a special mention to this band from Belgium called Kitchen Of Insanity. This was a band formed in the late 80's that put out a couple of albuns and some singles untill 1993 and after that they decided to put an end to it. The reason i mention this band on The Doors message board is because they were hugely influenced by The Doors as a group, and they're sound can sometimes be really close to some of The Doors music. Vocalist and poet, Paul de Borger has a kinda-like Jim Morrison's voice and feeling, and, what i found intereseting on this band is that, they are hugely influenced by The Doors but they don't imitate them, and that i really think is where the value of this band is set. I've discovered them recently, and I just feel that they are really worth of you to take a listen to some of they're tunes. A big fan of this band as put out a website that contains a lot of info about them, as, also some mp3 that you are free of download. a sort of best of. I specially like "Into Desire" and "We Go On", wich i think are really close to The Doors style.
